About the event
This fun, all-ages workshop will take place over 3 consecutive Fridays in September 2025. On Friday, September 5th, we will spend a couple hours working with pre-rolled slabs of clay, creating a variety of projects in an open-studio setting. Attendees of previous workshops have made projects such as: a serving platter, spoon rests, decorative saucers, ornaments, planters, bowls, coasters, nesting ramekins, tiny sculptures, fairy furniture, toadstools, garden art, imprints of family hands on plates and baby hands and feet on pretty much anything!
Greenware pieces will be bisque fired to Cone 06 for participants to glaze on Friday, September 12th. Finally, everything will be glaze fired to Cone 6 and finished pieces will be ready to take home on Friday, September 19th. All glazes are food and dishwasher safe. Attendees under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Classes are limited to 15 participants.…
